Collection: Produce from the Orchard Garden
The Orchard project was started through a love of natural food, natural health and a fascination for the natural world - we are not Organic, but we grow all our herbs and produce on organic principals together with using the 'no-dig' method (a principal that Dylan and Renate really appreciate!) and all organic soils and seeds.
On a seasonal basis and using our own grown produce we make an array of produce for the table, including: Spiced Greengage Chutney, Sweet & Spicy Courgette Relish, Blackberry, Thyme & Lime Jam, Crab Apple & Thyme Jelly, Pestos, Salts, Oils and Rubs.
Our values and vision are all based on The Orchard and its organic development and bio diverse renovation, this process will on occasions require us to use outside suppliers to enable our produce commitments to be fulfilled. We have a very small network of suppliers who provide their produce within the same ethos as ourselves with regard to sustainability and organic principals.
