Welcome to Cotswold Orchard Herbs! We're a small business selling fire cider (apple cider vinegar tonic) online, in stores, and at markets. By shopping with us, you're agreeing to the basics below.

1. Who We Are

This website is run by Cotswold Orchard Herbs, powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with us.

2. Buying From Us

  • You must be 18+ or have permission from a parent/guardian to order.

  • Make sure your info (address, payment details, etc.) is correct when placing an order.

  • Orders are only final once payment is processed and we confirm it.

  • We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Products & Descriptions

We do our best to show our products clearly, but colours and packaging may vary slightly.
We may update or discontinue items without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are in GBP and don’t always include tax or shipping.

  • Prices may differ online vs. in-person.

  • You agree to pay the listed amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to get your order out quickly, but delivery times are estimates. Once it's shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier.
