Botanically Beautiful: To create the new fresh and zesty flavour we took out the savouriness of garlic and onion, added in more aromatic flavours with extra ginger and juniper berries, perfectly balanced with the extra thyme and rosemary, and a drop of local, raw honey for a naturally sweeter twist. The honey softens the apple cider vinegar while keeping all the bold, aromatic flavours of the infusion, perfect for those who enjoy their drinks a touch sweeter.
