My daughter in law persuaded me to start taking apple cider vinegar a good few years ago, which i did everyday, Until one morning i just couldn't face i anymore. Your vinegar is different altogether, amazing taste, but please tell me why should i take 1 tablespoon every morning ? what does it do for me ? although i love the taste it is expensive and i do need a reason to get hooked again. Many Thanks jill
