The benefits of cider vinegar are well known, but the question of how to incorporated it into our daily lives was our challenge. We've now created a house salad dressing for regular use. Its crisp, slightly sweet flavour, without being too sharp, makes a perfect blend with herbs, seasoning and high quality olive oil. A great flavour enhancer.
I'm giving 5 stars because it's a top quality product and the ordering and delivery was smooth and quick. I bought it for the heath benefits but I struggle with the taste of vinegar (in general, including this one) even when diluted. I'm determined to finish the bottle 1 spoonful a day though.
For me, this particular ‘Elixir’ has utterly transformed the quality of my digestion! It is really good. Consistent regular ‘visitations’, first thing EVERY morning.

I now on my 3rd bottle of fire cider and I love drinking it with just sparkling water and sometimes a small amount of ginger cordial with my evening meal … lovely as a dressing mixed with olive oil over rocket leaves and tomatoes too
I was introduced to Bee Sweet Fire cider by my step daughter and liked it so much that I ordered more. I drink it long with sparkling water, which I think is interesting and really good.
